We can only accept returns on products that are completely UNOPENED with seals UNBROKEN. If there was damage to product during shipping, please take a photo and email it us at greg@hemptecusa.com.

The cost of return shipping is not included with purchase. No charge for return or stocking fee.

We will process your refund when product is returned. Some processing may take up to 2-5 business days. Your refund will be posted to the same method of payment. Please let us know if you have not received your refund after 5 business days.
